My observations have shown that brands which fail to grasp and cater to the unique needs, preferences, and cultural nuances of diverse consumer groups often face brand disconnect. This usually leads to diminished engagement, loyalty, and ultimately, business loss. At dígame, I employ a proprietary active-listening approach to unearth insights, often-hidden information, mitigate misinterpretations, and strengthen my client’s decision-making capabilities so their brands can build trust, establish meaningful long-lasting connections, and grow their bottom line.

Previously she’s held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Havas Chicago, EVP | Head of Planning & Consumer Insights at Edelman and lead strategist at Leo Burnett. She’s helped create award-winning work for Kellogg’s, MARS, P&G and Coca-Cola.
Lilia also serves on the national board of directors for The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) and Impact for Equity.
